Fundamental Movement Programs
Ages 3-11

Our programs for individuals ages 3-11 introduce, develop, maintain and enhance fundamental movement patterns.

 

Participation in this program promotes improvement in:

  •  motor planning

  • kinesthetic awareness

  • locomotor skills

  • coordination

  • movement timing

  • balance

  • ball skills

All programs will work to improve cognitive & behavioral functioning and increase motivation to participate in physical activity
