Fitness Programs
Ages 12 through Adulthood

 Our Fitness Program for individuals ages 12 through adulthood features exercises that will generalize into Activities of Daily Living.


Participation in this program will promote improvement in:

  • ‚Äčoverall strength

  • cardiovascular endurance

  • stability

  • gross motor skills

  • enhance fundamental movements

  • motor planning

  • task execution

All programs will help to improve cognitive & behavioral functioning and increase motivation to participate in physical activit
